Vabrinex — Growth Infrastructure OS™ ("Vabrinex", "we", "us") respects your right to privacy and your right to control your data. This page explains, in compliance with Article 17 of the GDPR, the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), and Meta Platform Terms § 3.a.v, how you can request the deletion of all data we hold about you, including any data obtained from Facebook Pages, Instagram Business accounts, Google Business Profile, or any other integration you have connected to Vabrinex.

1. What data do we store about you?

Depending on how you use the platform, we may store:

Account information (name, email, hashed password, avatar).
Workspace (tenant) membership and role information.
OAuth tokens (encrypted at rest) issued by Meta, Google, and other third-party platforms you connect — used exclusively to publish content and read analytics on your behalf.
Content you create inside the app: briefs, pieces, hashtags, captions, calendars, approvals.
AI-generated images you approve and publish.
Activity and audit logs (login events, API calls, tenant access logs) retained for security.

2. How to request deletion of your data

You have three options to request a complete deletion of your data. All three produce the same result: a full, irreversible wipe of every record linked to your user account or workspace.

Option A — Self-service (fastest)

Log in to vabrinex.com.
Navigate to Settings → Privacy & Data.
Click "Delete my account" and confirm with your password. Your workspace(s), OAuth tokens, uploaded media, and all derived AI content will be removed within 48 hours.

Option B — Email request

Send an email from the address associated with your Vabrinex account to privacy@vabrinex.com.

Subject: "Data Deletion Request". Include your account email and, if applicable, the Facebook/Instagram user ID you want disconnected. We acknowledge within 72 hours and complete deletion within 30 calendar days (typically 48 hours).

Option C — Disconnect via Facebook / Instagram settings

If you connected a Facebook Page or Instagram Business account and only want to revoke that integration (keeping your Vabrinex account otherwise intact):

Open Facebook → Settings → Business Integrations.
Find "Vabrinex Publisher" in the list and click "Remove".
Confirm. Meta will immediately revoke all tokens we hold for your Pages and IG accounts.
We will also automatically receive a deletion callback from Meta and purge the corresponding records within 24 hours.

3. Meta Data Deletion Callback (for Meta reviewers)

Per Meta Platform Terms, Vabrinex exposes a programmatic deletion callback endpoint that Meta invokes when a user removes our app from their Facebook settings:

Users can visit the confirmation URL at any time to check the status of their deletion request.

4. What exactly gets deleted?

Your user profile, credentials, sessions, and OAuth tokens (Meta, Google, others).
All workspaces you own (including all members, content, and scheduled posts).
Uploaded media, AI-generated images, calendar entries, approval history.
Activity logs and tenant access logs older than the statutory retention minimum (90 days).
Any cached analytics or benchmarks derived from your connected accounts.

Note: Deletion is irreversible. Content we have already published to Facebook, Instagram, or Google Business Profile on your behalf remains on those platforms — you must delete it from the native app. Posts deleted in Vabrinex do NOT automatically delete from the destination platform unless you toggled "also delete on destination" at the time of the request.

5. Legal retention exceptions

We retain the strict minimum required by law even after a deletion request:

Invoicing and billing records for 7 years (tax / accounting obligations in the EU, US and LATAM).
Security incident logs for up to 12 months if related to an ongoing investigation, after which they are also purged.

These retained records are anonymized where technically feasible.
